lifedrawing log - 09.22.10



Out of practice for a month, and really feeling it. Sometimes, just before you make the next big leap forward, you can feel yourself backsliding. I'm hoping this is one of those times.

Actually I know exactly what you mean. I have found that this usually happens because I am becoming more aware of certain weaknesses and therefore know what to more effectively correct, if that makes any sense.

Loving some of the plane changes / color choices on that second color sketch, btw. (Of course your linework is beautiful, as always :P)
